This article investigates various influencing factors such as weather conditions and economic factors which are considered to determine the monthly beer consumption in Bavaria. Therefore, two regression models are used to identify influencing factors. The results indicate that besides seasonal effects, sunshine duration and beer price are the main influencing factors of the Bavarian beer consumption.
Today due to the increasing competitive pressure, the organizations need for dynamism, complexity of the activities and specialization taking place in different fields, high risk and instability of the market, companies have decided to focus on their core capabilities assigning other activities to outside resources. Deciding on whether to make or to buy the companys activities and processes has always been a vital question for the managers. According to recent
analyses, such decisions have mostly been made in regard to the cost-related factors.
Moreover, outsourcing is an issue which has mainly been subject to general analysis and for which very few specific models have yet been introduced. In this thesis, I am interested in investigating the influence of elements which affect outsourcing, regards the newest approaches .So it is offered to a framework for outsourcing activities & processes. This framework consists of two sections of decision-making origins for outsourcing and its performance. Each section includes some steps, which are holding a method through models. In decision making section we used regression & AHP method. Finally we offer a case study in IHDM.
