    <title language="eng">Secure Mobile Voice Communication on an Open Platform</title>
    <abstract language="eng">An open source project for secure mobile voice communication over IP using strong end-to-end encryption was launched. In its first stage, a solution using Android an two different standard PDA platforms, a central Linux system with Asterisk, and Open VPN with OpenSSL encryption was realized. SIP-based Voice communication over WLAN with end-to-end security was successfully implemented. Concept, approach, first results and outlook on further work are presented.</abstract>
