104 German coaches were quantitively surveyed using a new questionnaire regarding the frequency and intensity of negative effects in their most recent coaching and in their career. To validate the new questionnaire and the results, relevant cognitions towards their work (psychological empowerment) and the affective well-being of the coaches were also measured.
