    <title language="eng">Psychological empowerment, psychological and physical strain and the desired retirement age</title>
    <abstract language="eng">This paper shows that psychological and physical strain mediates the relationship between psychological empowerment and the desired retirement age (DRA), and German employees' age, net income and organizational size is found to significantly affect the DRA.</abstract>
