Thus, it tends to encounter limits when attempting to achieve objectives lying beyond the contract. In contrast, the concept of contractual management presented here is based on the possible contributions of the contract to the management of the enterprise, business unit, and transaction. It considers the processes relevant in this field which are bundled by risk management, transaction management, and knowledge management. Insofar as it integrates these activities and aligns them towards the contract, it increases the potential impact of the contract. From the governance perspective, contractual management leads to higher efficiency; from a legal perspective, it provides for a better compliance with the requirements for good corporate management and with contractual obligations as well as it increases the quality of the contract.}, language = {en} }
