The German Copyright Act (UrhG) applies to all documents which are made available in electronic form via data networks, without restrictions.

By clicking on the button "Granting of simple usage rights" you as the author accept our guidelines and grant simple usage rights to the Rosenheim University of Applied Sciences in accordance with the guidelines. Granting us simple usage rights only enables us to publish the document and store it in a long-term digital archive. As the author, you always retain the right to also publish your work elsewhere online or in printed format.

In terms of § 53 German Copyright Act the reader is entitled to make personal copies and printouts for their own scientific or non-commercial use. The user is responsible for adhering to the relevant laws. Users can be held liable for misuse. In addition, the copyright limitations specified in the German Copyright Act (§§ 44a - 63a UrhG) are applicable.

Any other usage requires the express prior written consent of the author and/or the copyright holder. These rights may be inapplicable if the author agrees to a Creative-Commons-Licence.
