The case-study was carried out through the active sourcing approach of recruitment. Candidates fitting the profile needed to fill the job position of were contacted on LinkedIn and offered a job opportunity that required relocation to Germany, the responses that declined the messages were analyzed to find out why candidates were unwilling to relocate.
