The thesis was split into two parts one being the theoretical framework that set the basis for this research and the other part being the case study. The case-study was carried out through the active sourcing approach of recruitment. Candidates fitting the profile needed to fill the job position of were contacted on LinkedIn and offered a job opportunity that required relocation to Germany, the responses that declined the messages were analyzed to find out why candidates were unwilling to relocate. Most of the responses that declined the job opportunity that required relocation were found to be from Romania and the main reason for declining was found to be `no interest in new job opportunities' which was the closely followed by a lack of desire to relocate.}, language = {en} }
