Please note the following:
- Your text documents will be published in PDF format. Please ensure they comply with the PDF/A archival format.
- Files must not be protected by DRM measures.
- File naming: allowed characters are letters (a-z, A-Z, no umlauts), numbers, hyphen, and underscore.
- File name length: maximum of 50 characters
- For data protection reasons, please avoid including sensitive personal information (e.g., address, marital status, date of birth) in your document.
- Published documents can no longer be modified or deleted. If updates are required, the revised electronic document will be published as a new version.
After entering your data, please print out the submission form, sign it, and submit it to the library on the Health Campus (please do not submit it via email).
