Ihr Beitrag entstand vor dem Hintergrund, dass sich in der einschl{\"a}gigen Literatur zum Wissens- und Technologietransfer von Hochschulen und Forschungseinrichtungen zahlreiche Ans{\"a}tze und insgesamt mehrere hundert Vorschl{\"a}ge von Indikatoren respektive Kennzahlen finden. Diese resultieren u.a. aus unterschiedlichen Begriffsverst{\"a}ndnissen und wissenschaftlichen Dispositionen. Die Autor*innen stellen nun einen prozessorientierten Ansatz als modelltheoretische Grundlage vor, um auf dessen Basis eine kennzahlenbasierte Steuerung von Transferprozessen in Hochschulen zu entwickeln. Dabei werden - im Rahmen einer Betrachtung der beteiligten Subsysteme - die Erfolgsfaktoren f{\"u}r den Transfer herausgearbeitet sowie die Ableitung von Kennzahlen beispielhaft aufgezeigt. Thus, an already considerable number of studies have been developed in recent years presenting approaches to transfer models or proposing a range of indicators to measure transfer performance from a universities' perspective. The research project Transfer_i (transfer indicators) aims to present a transfer model approach, which reflects the complexity of knowledge and technology transfer processes in order to overcome the limited perspectives of existing models. The empirical study in progress presented in this paper shows first findings, which validate the developed approach. In contrast to nearly all other studies presenting only a universities' viewpoint, this study shows the perspective of the other actors within the transfer practice, thereby providing useful insights for universities and research institutions on how to value their third mission activities.}, language = {en} } @inproceedings{GuentherFalterBruckschetal., author = {G{\"u}nther, Swen and Falter, Thomas and Brucksch, Michael and Beckmann, Wilhelm and Lang, Gabriele and Findeisen, Vivien and Bormann, Paula-Marie}, title = {Relevance of transfer processes and indicators in practice - Results of a cross-subsystem expert survey in Germany}, series = {Academic and Practitioner Proceedings of the 2023 UIIN Conference Series, Challenges and Solutions for Fostering Entrepreneurial University-Industry Engagement, Entrepreneurial \& Innovative Universities and Collaborative Innovation, Budapest}, booktitle = {Academic and Practitioner Proceedings of the 2023 UIIN Conference Series, Challenges and Solutions for Fostering Entrepreneurial University-Industry Engagement, Entrepreneurial \& Innovative Universities and Collaborative Innovation, Budapest}, publisher = {University Industry Innovation Network B.V.}, address = {Amsterdam}, isbn = {9789-491-901-614}, pages = {17}, language = {en} } @inproceedings{GuentherFalterBruckschetal., author = {G{\"u}nther, Swen and Falter, Thomas and Brucksch, Michael and Beckmann, Wilhelm and Lang, Gabriele and Findeisen, Vivien and Bormann, Paula-Marie}, title = {Relevance of transfer processes and indicators in practice 3 Results of a cross-subsystem expert survey in Germany}, series = {Academic and Practitioner Proceedings of the 2023 UIIN Conference Series, June 9-11, 2023, Budapest}, booktitle = {Academic and Practitioner Proceedings of the 2023 UIIN Conference Series, June 9-11, 2023, Budapest}, publisher = {UIIN}, pages = {104 -- 119}, language = {en} }
