A Simple SPICE-Model of the Pyro-electric Sensor LIM-262-ZH
- The pyro-electric sensor LIM-262-ZH supports non-dispersive infrared analysis of CO2 concentration in gases. This paper describes a SPICE macro model useful for electronic circuit designers. Frequency and transient characteristics are modeled with appropriate accuracy. By adaptation of the model parameters other pyro-electric sensors may be used in simulations too. The incident and absorbed infrared light intensity is modeled as electrical current.
