- Abstract
Together with the development of economy, the economic relations in manufacturing and
trading processes generated and became more and more diversified leading to many challenges in
competition. Simultaneously, it creates new conditions and opportunities which require banks to
promote their operations, to be dynamic and responsive, and to utilize all available abilities of
capital sources, manpower and technology, etc. Lending activities of banks mainly focus on loan
for manufacturing and trading. Besides that, banks also provide critical operations serving the
consumer needs of individuals and households. The more developed the society is, the more
people’s needs increase. Thus, if banks develop these activities, it will contribute to the increase of
income, risk distribution as well as enhance capital using efficiency.
