MoO3-coated alumina was used as the support, providing both high specific surface area and strongly interacting sites for the deposition of the active metals. A bulk Cu/Co ratio of ~2 was found to be most suitable in terms of activity and product distribution. Surface enrichment of Mo for all samples was observed by XPS, which significantly influenced the performance of the catalysts. Mo was found to be both a structural and a chemical promoter. Strong metal-support interactions were further achieved by modification of alumina with magnesia. With 12 wt\% Mg incorporated, the catalysts showed 40\% total oxygenate selectivity including 11\% selectivity to ethanol.}, language = {en} } @article{BarbashovGellingsOezenetal.2024, author = {Barbashov, Maksim and Gellings, Markus and {\"O}zen, Semih and Jahr, Andreas}, title = {High-speed wear tests on mower blade from various manufactures using the wear pot methode}, series = {Agricultural engineering.eu}, volume = {79}, journal = {Agricultural engineering.eu}, number = {2}, publisher = {Kuratorium f{\"u}r Technik und Bauwesen in der Landwirtschaft e. These knives are therefore exposed to high levels of wear and tear, and will also be ofen changed because of loss of material by bad cutting quality. Thatn is why it is interesting to save costs during manufacturing in spite of a correspondingly long service life. This research records the current manufacturing quality of the mower blades and examines how they behave in comparison. Based on the obtained results, further decisions on the methods, procedures and ways of extending the life of the disc mower blades should be proposed. For the investigations, a test bench based on a wear pot was used. The wear that occurs on the blade is determined using several parameters and compared accordingly. The parameters of the test setup determined as a result of the test can be used for further studies of wear resistance.}, language = {en} } @article{FleigerReichardtTreiber2012, author = {Fleiger, P. The tracking is based on a depth camera and a HD studio camera and aims at a realistic interaction between the actor and the computer generated environment. Stereo calibration methods are used to match corresponding pixels of both cameras (HD color and depth image). Hence the images were rectified and column aligned. The disparity is used to correct the depth image pixel by pixel. This image registration results in row and column aligned images where ghost regions are in the depth image resulting from occlusion. Both images are used to generate foreground masks with chroma and depth keying. The color image is taken for skin color segmentation to determine and distinguish the actor's hands and face. In the depth image the flesh colored regions were used to determine their spatial position. The extracted positions were augmented by virtual objects. The scene is rendered correctly with virtual camera parameters which were calculated from the camera calibration parameters. Generated computer graphics with alpha value are combined with the HD color images. This compositing shows interaction with augmented objects for verification. The additional depth information results in changing the size of objects next to the hands when the actor moves around.}, language = {en} }
