Epizykloidengetriebe sind spezielle Umlaufr{\"a}dergetriebe mit epizykloidaler Triebstockverzahnung. Die Grundlage des Verfahrens bilden die Berechnungs- und Anwendungsnormen der DIN 3990. Neben der Herleitung des Rechengangs wird beispielhaft der Tragf{\"a}higkeitsnachweis f{\"u}r die Anwendung in einem urbanen Elektrofahrzeug ausgef{\"u}hrt. Das dabei betrachtete Epizykloidengetriebe hat eine {\"U}bersetzung von -34 bei einer maximalen Eingangsdrehzahl von 20.000 min-1 und einer zu {\"u}bertragenden Leistung von 27 kW. Der Rechengang teilt sich auf in den Nachweis der Flankentragf{\"a}higkeit, der Zahnfußtragf{\"a}higkeit und der Fresstragf{\"a}higkeit. Das Vorgehen je Nachweis ist dabei vergleichbar: Es werden zun{\"a}chst individuelle Faktoren berechnet, die anschließend in den rechnerischen Festigkeitsnachweis einfließen. Bei der Entwicklung des Rechenverfahrens wird auf eine Allgemeing{\"u}ltigkeit der Gleichungen geachtet. Damit wird die erstellte Auslegungsgrundlage auch f{\"u}r ein breites Einsatzspektrum außerhalb der Elektromobilit{\"a}t nutzbar. F{\"u}r zuk{\"u}nftige Untersuchungen zu Aspekten der Dimensionierung und Anwendung der Epizykloidengetriebe werden Hinweise und Ans{\"a}tze basierend auf den erlangten Erkenntnissen bereitgestellt.}, language = {de} } @misc{OPUS4-527, title = {340 - Erste Satzung zur {\"A}nderung der Pr{\"u}fungsordnung f{\"u}r den Bachelor-Studiengang „Wirtschaftsingenieur Maschinenbau" (WIM) an der Fachhochschule D{\"u}sseldorf vom 05.03.2013}, address = {D{\"u}sseldorf}, organization = {Fachhochschule D{\"u}sseldorf}, url = {http://nbn-resolving.de/urn:nbn:de:hbz:due62-opus-7836}, pages = {1}, year = {2013}, abstract = {Aufgrund des \S 2 Abs. 4 und des \S 64 Abs. 1 des Gesetzes {\"u}ber die Hochschulen im Lande Nordrhein-Westfalen (Hochschulgesetz - HG) vom 31. Whereas most Western approaches to innovation emphasize the different stages of the creative process as well as tools to enhance creativity, the Daoist world view allows for the mind to just wander and thus spontaneously discover the solution to a problem in a rather detached state of mind. Creative minds need space for personal development and the permission to wander around without being exposed to control and instant judgement on the results. Training individuals in the tools and techniques of problem solving and creativity as the common approach in innovation management is certainly necessary, but in the end it is the intellectual accomplishment of a creative mind that produces innovation. Simple examples show that optimizing cost without considering stability may result in modes of operation that, while economically optimal, are unstable. We demonstrate that stability, robustness, and optimality can be considered systematically and simultaneously by combining bifurcation theory and nonlinear optimization. Essentially, the proposed method enforces a backoff distance between the optimal point of operation and operational or stability boundaries in the space of the optimization variables, where bifurcation theory is used to describe nonlinear stability boundaries.}, language = {en} }
