A suitable sensor placement strategy was developed using simulation-based analysis, considering mounting height and orientation to optimize environmental coverage and minimize blind spots. A custom sensor mount was designed and manufactured using ASA material, to ensure thermal and mechanical robustness. The radome was designed based on electromagnetic transparency criteria, with PE selected for its favorable dielectric properties. Electrical integration involved adapting Automotive Ethernet via a media converter to interface with an onboard PC.
