By developing this concept, elaborating a modular prototype, and using rapid prototyping, calcium carbonate's feeding and milling behaviour in a multiphase flow was analysed under real conditions. Through experimental studies, the advantages of the next-generation system compared to classical feeding utilising a dosing screw were proven to be considerably more efficient. In addition, it was possible to determine actual firing zones using delamination tests performed on the MultiNo¨ 1050 counter jet mill manufactured by Aufbereitungstechnologie Noll GmbH, Bobingen, which represents a key basis for future optimisations and studies relating to large-scale industrial grinding processes.}, language = {en} }
