    <title language="deu">BPMN-Rad: Gamifizierte Anwendung zur Unterstützung der Modellierung von Geschäftsprozessen mittels der Modellierungssprache BPMN</title>
    <abstract language="deu">Immer mehr gewinnt Gamification - der Einsatz von spieletypischen Elementen in einem nicht spielerischen Kontext - an Bedeutung, da es in vielen Anwendungsgebieten positive Auswirkung auf die Motivation der Handelnden haben kann. Durch die richtige Kombination von Spielelementen wird eine langfristige Verhaltensänderung und die Aufrechterhaltung der Motivation bei der Durchführung bestimmter Tätigkeiten unterstützt [De11] .&#13;
&#13;
Der Wissenstransfer, insbesondere von theoretischen Inhalten, stellt Lehrende und Lernende vor große Herausforderungen, da die Motivation von Lernenden meist nicht stetig aufrechterhalten bleibt. Daher haben wir ein Brettspiel zur Vermittlung von&#13;
Wissensinhalten entwickelt.

    <title language="eng">Challenges of Downscaling and Upscaling in Human-Centered Design</title>
Design has power – to improve lives, to empower people and to break down barriers. Successful design requires (besides many other tasks) a comprehensive analysis and deep understanding of the target audience. However, current design approaches, for instance established in the field of Human Centered Design, lead to multiple biases: Design neglects a multitude of needs when it uses downscaling to make complex target groups manageable. Downscaling must therefore disproportionately consider special needs within the design process – and upscaling must be able to compensate these biases again. The approach presented in this paper delivers three benefits: Conflicts between general and specific requirements are resolved, efficiency and equity are given equal consideration, and synergies become possible even at the resource level. By systematically analyzing and linking the issues of downscaling and upscaling in the context of design processes, the paper provides guardrails; these guardrails guide the design process and support a better focus to the general and specific needs of the target group.

    <title language="eng">Varying Bicycle Infrastructures</title>
In this research, we estimate the influence of different bicycle infrastructure on the severity of motorist-cyclist conflicts via an interconnected simulator study. Our focus is a specific conflict type: motorist is turning at an intersection and the cyclist is going straight, crossing the intersection based on previous evaluations from literature. Additionally, we reason on previously-conducted bicycle simulator studies and adapt specific methodological components of investigation area depiction in VR and scenario definition. In the end, we present four scenarios of a case study based on a signalized intersection in Ingolstadt, Germany, where we inspect motorist-cyclist conflicts in an interconnected simulator environment. After every simulator run both test subjects will be teleported to specific starting positions.
