The estimation of the flight performance and a possible parametric design of the aircraft provides a fast, efficient and low-risk way to obtain the required mission parameters in the design and prototyping phase as well for further capability development. In the presented work, the necessary modeling of a fixed-wing UAV is conducted regarding the aerodynamics, the engine (electric motor with propeller) and the mass as well as inertia and implemented in a Simulink environment as a point mass with 6 degrees of freedom. The aerodynamics are calculated with the software XFLR5, which is especially designed for model aircraft. The thrust of the engine is obtained via wind tunnel tests. The inertia of the aircraft configuration is determined both experimentally and by means of calculations and estimates. The behavior of the simulated aircraft is validated using flight test data from the real aircraft. The methods used for the execution and post-processing of the flight tests are presented. As a cheaper and more efficient alternative to full code development, Low-Code and No-Code tools are becoming increasingly popular. Webflow and Shopify are such Low-/No-Code tools which promise their users to develop online stores with little or no previous programming knowledge. This bachelor thesis aims to compare these two tools to show their limitations and problems. Therefore, this thesis's primary research question is, "What limitations and problems can be found while developing an online store utilizing the Low-/No-Code tools Webflow and Shopify?". For this purpose, a sample shop will be designed, which will be developed in both tools. A comparison table showing the limitations of both tools can then be created. This comparison reveals that Webflow has clear advantages in terms of online shop customization, while Shopify excels in better shop management tools and superior social media integrations. This also indicates that no clear recommendation for practical use can be given. Supporters argue that it makes crops more resilient to stresses, such as drought or pests, and should be considered by researchers as a technology to address issues of global food security, whereas opponents put forward that GE crops serve only the economic interests of transnational agrifood-firms and have not yet delivered on their promises to address food shortage and nutrient supply. To address discourse failure regarding the GE debate, research needs to understand better what drives the divergent positions and which moral attitudes fuel the mental models of GE supporters and opponents. Hence, this study investigates moral attitudes regarding GE opposition and support in Germany. Results show that GE opponents are significantly more absolutist than supporters and significantly less likely to hold outcome-based views. Furthermore, it presents four use cases: traffic monitoring, assisted perception, collaborative perception, and extended perception. The traffic monitoring, based on the perception information provided by each roadside unit, generates a global fused object list and monitors the state of the traffic participants. The assisted perception, using vehicle-to-infrastructure communication, broadcasts the state information of the traffic participants to the connected vehicles. The collaborative perception creates a global fused object list with the local detections of connected vehicles and the detections provided by the roadside units, making it available for all connected vehicles. The study specifically aimed: to identify how cultural diversity affects the leadership of multicultural teams; to establish how linguistic barriers affect the leadership of multicultural teams and to examine the effects of technology on leadership of multicultural teams. The study was anchored on contingency theory of leadership, theory of heterogeneity, linguistic theory, technology acceptance model and cultural dimension theory. This study adopted a descriptive research design and was conducted in Bavaria. The target population comprised of employees working in multicultural teams in these hospitals where a sample size of 50 respondents were selected. Data was collected using a questionnaire that was administered through LamaPoll. Data analysis was done using descriptive statistics and presented in percentages and frequencies. The study found that the hospitals appointed fewer employees from different cultures to be team leaders and that the hospitals have embraced multicultural teams. It was also established that language barrier is the biggest challenge that has been experienced by multicultural teams and that most of the multicultural teams do not receive intercultural training at their workplace. The study concluded that employees from other cultures positively contribute to team performance. The study recommends that hospitals should appoint team leaders from various cultural backgrounds to head the multicultural departments so as to improve their performance.
