    <title language="eng">Comparison of different Standards and Norms in Project Management</title>
    <abstract language="eng">Successful project management requires the use of process models that meet the requirements of the respective project context. Such process models can be derived from standards and norms in project management.&#13;
During the 20th century, traditional, plan-based standards and norms were published by various international organizations such as the Project Management Institute or the International Project Management Association. Today, the variety of approaches includes not only the traditional ones, but also agile project management and hybrid combinations. In this paper, important standards and norms are summarized and compared. Strategies in training, professional application and the design of new procedural models can be derived from the results.</abstract>

    <title language="eng">Agile working during COVID-19 pandemic</title>
    <abstract language="eng">In this article, we present the results of a recent study, in which the impact of the pandemic on agile working is examined. Based on these results, we derive a scenario of the future of agile working in a post COVID-19 world. The study comprises an online survey in Germany. More than 170 people working in different job positions and from different branches and companies participated. The study reveals that the pandemic has significantly changed the way of working. However, people value the digital tools and find ways for effective and efficient collaboration in distant work environments.</abstract>
