Der magnetische Kreis moderner Permanentmagnet-Gleichstrommotoren kleiner Leistung weist ein signifikantes S{\"a}ttigungsverhalten auf. Er ist derart ausgelegt, dass die von den Permanentmagneten erzeugten magnetischen Feldst{\"a}rken nicht wie {\"u}blich dominieren, sondern die bestromten Ankerspulen vergleichbare Feldst{\"a}rken erzeugen. Lineare Berechnungen mit konstanten Permeabilit{\"a}ten bzw. Induktivit{\"a}ten f{\"u}hren zu nicht mehr akzeptablen Ungenauigkeiten. Mittels transienter FEM-Simulationen ist es m{\"o}glich die jeweiligen Fl{\"u}sse in den Zahnspulen in Abh{\"a}ngigkeit von der Ankerposition und den Spulenstr{\"o}men zu bestimmen. F{\"u}r kurze Motorl{\"a}ngen sind grunds{\"a}tzlich 3D-FEM-Berechnungen n{\"o}tig. Es wurde ein Modellansatz gefunden, mit dem der Einsatz von 3D-FEM-Rechnungen stark reduziert und die {\"U}berlagerung der Fl{\"u}sse in jedem Zahn zuverl{\"a}ssig und schnell beschrieben werden k{\"o}nnen.
