Diese Herausforderung betrifft alle Organisationen in Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft. Erfolgreiche Vorhaben zum Wissensmanagement zeichnen stets durch einen integrativen Ansatz aus. Dabei sind Faktoren der Organisationskultur, der organisatorischen Prozesse, sowie der Mitarbeiterkompetenzen und der Unternehmensf{\"u}hrung als auch die Informations- und Kommunikationstechnik im Rahmen einer strategischen Ausrichtung aufeinander abzustimmen. Die fortschreitende digitale Transformation er{\"o}ffnet Organisationen seit einiger Zeit neue M{\"o}glichkeiten, um den Wissensaustausch zu unterst{\"u}tzen. Neue und zus{\"a}tzliche Daten k{\"o}nnen in immer gr{\"o}ßeren Mengen erhoben, verarbeitet und ausgewertet werden, um sich daraus neues Wissen zu erschließen. Die 10. Konferenz Professionelles Wissensmanagement m{\"o}chte die Herausforderungen und Chancen der digitalen Transformation in der Arbeitswelt in das Zentrum stellen. Zum 20-j{\"a}hrigen Jubil{\"a}um dieser GI-Tagung soll zugleich auf die bisherigen Entwicklungen zur{\"u}ckgeblickt werden als auch ein Ausblick in die Zukunft gewagt werden: Wie werden wir in einer sich st{\"a}rker digitalisierenden Gesellschaft und Wirtschaft mit Wissen umgehen? Welche Erfahrungen sollten wir ber{\"u}cksichtigen? Wo er{\"o}ffnen sich neue M{\"o}glichkeiten? Die zwei-j{\"a}hrlich von der Fachgruppe Wissensmanagement der GI in 2019 in Kooperation mit anderen Fachgesellschaften, wie der GfWM, der DGI und der SKMF ausgerichtete Konferenz bringt Vertreter/-innen aus Forschung und Praxis zusammen. In drei eingeladenen Keynote-Vortr{\"a}gen von national und international anerkannten Experten im Wissensmanagement, in vier thematischen Workshops mit insgesamt 26 Beitr{\"a}gen, einem Tutorial und dem GfWM Knowledge Camp werden neueste Forschungsergebnisse vorgestellt, Erfahrungen ausgetauscht sowie neue Konzepte und Trends diskutiert.}, subject = {Wissensmanagement}, language = {mul} }
