Ein wichtiger Aspekt ist die fr{\"u}he Collage{\"a}sthetik, die Kamera im Kino des Expressionismus und dem damit in Zusammenhang stehenden Film noir. Hier werden auch Mythen, die sich um die Kameraarbeit entwickelt haben, dekonstruiert. Auf die j{\"u}ngeren Entwicklungen reagiert der Band mit der Frage "Was ist die digitale Kamera?". In the last decade, a considerable number of data stories about a wide range of topics have been published worldwide. In particular, we consider the type of data, the focus scope and the effect scope, the number of un/folding states, the transformation type, and the controllability and interaction directness of un/folding. The collection of un/foldables is available as an online catalog that includes classic focus+context, semantic zooming, and multi-scale visualizations as well as contemporary un/foldable visualizations. This might reinforce already problematic circumstances as well as create completely new issues. The paper explores how this could manifest in certain characteristics through the proposition of speculative terms. The terms attempt to describe possible changes in human-world relationships that affect existence, meaning and behavior. Among other things, this includes changes such as the curation of a person's view of the world by personalization algorithms, the enhancement of a person's understanding of the world through algorithmic pre-interpretation or the organization of social systems through synchronized individual action recommendations. Futures within which these reality-forming characteristics would exist need to be explored, discussed, shaped and possibly prevented. Language is thereby a tool to enable new conversations and organize actions across a wide range of people. This article introduces the 'ethics of interactions' as a complementary framework that situates regulation within the lived realities of AI-mediated environments. Our interdisciplinary team, combining law, speculative design, and human-computer interaction, developed a year-long methodology spanning speculative storytelling, legal mapping, field diaries, and role-play based workshops in Germany and Israel. These exercises revealed how smart glasses might reshape trust, consent and perception, through five recurring modes of interaction: person-to-person, person-to-space, person-to-reality, person-to-machine, and person-to-platform. Workshop role-play surfaced vulnerabilities that conventional legal analysis misses, from peer-to-peer surveillance and emotional inference to corporate, platform and government control of augmented realities. Building on these findings, we propose regulatory recommendations that combine dual governance models, interaction-sensitive safeguards, and investment in digital literacy for policymakers. Building on Allan Sekula's notion of the instrumental image developed in light of aerial composite photographs taken during World War I, we propose to speak of instrumental data to describe operative platforms fusing data from satellites, social media, and local sensors and using them for divergent political ends, most notably the control of borders and the quality of water, air, and crops in Europe. By parameterizing view changes and annotations in visualizations, authors can embed insights from their data analysis into story segments and connect them with the respective visualization states.
