Hierzu ist der Stand der Forschung auf dem Gebiet des maschinellen Lernens sensomotorischer R{\"u}ckkopplungen mit G{\"u}tefunktional, die m{\"o}glichen Repr{\"a}sentationen von Bewegungsmustern und deren Lernalgorithmen im {\"U}berblick darzustellen. Der Schwerpunkt der Arbeit liegt in der Untersuchung der Anwendung von evolution{\"a}ren Algorithmen, insbesondere genetischem Programmieren auf die Problemstellung. Die gewonnen Erkenntnisse sind in ein prototypisches System mit einem realen Roboter umzusetzen. Hierbei ist auf Modularisierung und die M{\"o}glichkeit zur Weiterentwicklung Wert zu legen. Wenn m{\"o}glich, sollten Hypothesen {\"u}ber den Evolutionsverlauf am realen System aus einer Simulation abgeleitet und im Experiment evaluiert werden.
