The study covers six topic areas: current events, changes in SCM, sustainability, software, new technologies, and visibility. The most common challenges identified were resource availability, long lead times, skilled worker shortages, and price-driven issues. Experts were asked about current events such as fluctuations in raw material prices, China's Zero-Covid strategy, and logistics shortages. The study reveals that supply chains have become more complex and grown, and the quality of networking has improved. Sustainability is becoming increasingly important, and certification can demonstrate its significance. The adaptability of ERP systems was criticized, and cloud-based solutions are avoided for security reasons. New technologies, including AR, VR, IoT, big data, AI, additive manufacturing, and blockchain, have potential applications in SCM. Experts consider transparency important, but it is still low and has the potential to detect risks. Tracking and tracing is widespread internally, but international problems exist. The study provides insights for companies to adapt and evolve to better cope with future crises.}, subject = {Supply Chain Management; Logistics; Trends; Challenges; Interview; Logistik; Herausforderungen; Logistik; Supply Chain Management}, language = {de} }
