Безопасность движения на железнодорожном транспорте обеспечивается широким применением современных компьютеризированных средств неразрушающего контроля (НК), которые требуют квалифицированного персонала для их обслуживания и расшифровки результатов контроля. Персонал, занятый НК элементов инфраструктуры и подвижного состава при их эксплуатации и техническом обслуживании (ремонте), а также в предприятиях, изготавливающих продукцию железнодорожного назначения, включает: инженерные кадры - работников, в функциональные обязанности которых входит организация или организация и выполнение НК (в том числе и разработка технологий и технологической документации по НК), а также расшифровка результатов НК, и рабочих – дефектоскопистов или операторов дефектоскопных тележек.
Система подготовки персонала по НК, действующая на железнодорожном транспорте и реализуемая в ПГУПС кафедрой «Методы и приборы неразрушающего контроля», созданной А.К.Гурвичем в 1977 году, включает профессиональнее обучение, высшее профессиональное образование по направлению «Приборостроение», дополнительное профессиональное образование - повышение квалификации и переподготовку (в том числе, для персонала железнодорожных специальностей).
В соответствии с требованиями действующих нормативных документов подтверждение квалификации производится путем сертификации. Уполномоченный орган по сертификации персонала по НК, создан и функционирует в ПГУПС в рамках системы добровольной сертификации персонала по НК (Руководящий орган – Регистр систем сертификации персонала), деятельность которой в области железнодорожного транспорта управляется и контролируется Технической комиссией по железнодорожному транспорту, включающей представителей Росжелдора, ОАО «РЖД», промышленных предприятий - работодателей, Уполномоченных органов и Экзаменационных центров системы сертификации.
В докладе представлены и проанализированы результаты деятельности кафедры МПНК и Квалификационного центра по НК в ПГУПС.
Оперативная характеристика обнаружения как метод оценки достоверности неразрушающего контроля

Оперативные характеристики обнаружения в течение многих лет успешно применяют-ся при оценке достоверности неразрушающего контроля. Основными проблемами для их использования, как и при применении любого из методов оценки достоверности, яв-ляются отсутствие информации о действительной дефектной ситуации и ограниченное количество дефектов в образцах объектов контроля. Дополнительной проблемой постро-ения оперативной характеристики обнаружения является отсутствие информации о раз-мерах дефектов и отсутствие универсального размера для различных типов дефектов.
В статье обобщён опыт построения оперативных характеристик по результатам ультра-звукового контроля.

Поскольку склеивание различных материалов является широко используемым методом в автомобильной и авиационной промышленности, необходима надежная система измерения для определения качества таких клеевых соединений. Дисперсионные кривые для многослойных волноводов при наличии клеевых прослоек характеризуются появлением эффекта расталкивания нормальных мод в тех областях, где соответствующие моды для отдельных материалов пересекались бы. Таким образом, в зависимости от качества клеевого соединения расстояние между этими модами изменяется. Используя комбинацию экспериментальных и численных данных, в настоящей работе представлен подход к определению параметра, указывающего на качество клеевого соединения.

Untersuchungen haben gezeigt, dass sich ältere Schafe gut als Modell für die mi-nimalinvasive Behandlung von Osteoporose eignen [1]. Um einen Behandlungs-effekt nachzuweisen, wird dabei unter anderem die Belastungsfähigkeit des Kno-chens durch Druckversuche an kleinen Zylindern aus den behandelten und unbe-handelten Knochen bestimmt. Diese hatten hier einen Durchmesser von 10 mm und eine Höhe von 13 mm. Für den in-situ Druckversuch wurde eine Deben CT5000 verwendet. In einer Serie von Druckerhöhungen wurden die Proben je-weils tomographiert. Dabei ergab sich zunächst, dass mit der µCT innerhalb der Knochen im oberen und unteren Bereich schon Brüche nachgewiesen werden können, obwohl die gemessene Kraftaufnahmekurve keine Unstetigkeit zeigt. Deswegen wurden die starren Probenaufnehmer der Deben Anordnung durch bewegliche Aufnehmer ergänzt, die eine leichte Verkippung der belasteten Ober-flächen ausgleichen können. Ein Vergleich der gemessenen und der aus den µCT-Daten berechneten Verschiebungsfelder ergab trotz der komplexen Struktur der Knochen gute Übereinstimmungen. Diese Verschiebungen wurden dann mit den aus den µCT Daten simulierten mechanischen Druckversuchen, Von-Mise-Spannungen und daraus berechneten Verschiebungen verglichen. (VGStudioMax Simulation).
Zuverlässigkeitsbetrachtungen bei der Ultraschallprüfung von Radsatzwellen im Ausbildungsbetrieb

Im Rahmen der UT1-M1 Ausbildung im Ausbildungszentrum Wittenberge der DGZfP wurden statistische Untersuchungen am Beispiel der Radsatzwellenprüfung mit Testradsatzwellen durchgeführt. Diese Untersuchungen hatten zum Ziel, die wesentlichen Einflussparameter bei der Prüfung auf das Prüfergebnis zu evaluieren. Dabei wurde unter anderem die intrinsische Fähigkeit des Prüfverfahrens zum Auffinden verschiedener Reflektorgeometrien ermittelt. Die Ergebnisse der Handprüfung wurden mit Ergebnissen mechanisierter Prüfungen verglichen. Im Rahmen der Zuverlässigkeitsbetrachtung wurden die Probability of Detection (POD) und die Nachweisgrenzen ermittelt.
Ziel dieser Arbeit war es auch, menschliche und organisatorische Einflussfaktoren auf die Ultraschall-Handprüfung von Radsatzwellen zu identifizieren, um Empfehlungen zur Optimierung der Ausbildung auszuarbeiten. Dazu wurden prüfungsbezogene Risiken in der Praxis mittels Fehlzustandsart- und –auswirkungsanalyse (FMEA) analysiert sowie von den Prüfern empfundene Probleme während der Ausbildung und in der Praxis mittels Fragebogen identifiziert. Die Ergebnisse der FMEA haben gezeigt, dass während des gesamten Prozesses Fehler auftreten können, für die Gegenmaßnahmen getroffen und implementiert werden sollten. Aus den Hinweisen und Erkenntnissen wurden einige Empfehlungen zur Optimierung der Ausbildung erarbeitet.
Zuverlässigkeitsbetrachtungen bei der Ultraschallprüfung von Radsatzwellen im Ausbildungsbetrieb

Im Rahmen des UT1 E W im Ausbildungszentrum Wittenberge der DGZfPwurden statistische Untersuchungen am Beispiel der Radsatzwellenprüfung mit Testradsatzwellen durchgeführt. Diese Untersuchungen hatten zum Ziel, die wesentlichen Einflussparameter bei der Handprüfung auf das Prüfergebnis zu evaluieren. Im Rahmen der Zuverlässigkeitsbetrachtung wurden die ProbabilityofDetection(POD) und die Nachweisgrenzen ermittelt.Die durchgeführte Studie zeigt, dass die Bewertung der gesamten Zuverlässigkeit der ZfP komplex ist. Dieses verlangt eine detaillierte Versuchsplanung und die Einbeziehung von unterschiedlichen Faktoren, von den Anwendungsparametern bis hin zu den komplexen menschlichen und organisatorischen Faktoren. Die im Rahmen der Studie ermittelten Ergebnisse lassen aufgrund der geringen Anzahl an Testreflektoren keine allgemeingültige Übertragung auf beliebige Korbbogen-geometrienund Reflektorgeometrienzu.
"Die effiziente Verwendung von Messergebnissen bei der Nachrechnung und von Ergebnissen aus zerstörungsfreien Prüfungen im Speziellen setzt voraus, dass die Relevanz der messbaren Informationen beziffert, die Qualität der gemessenen Information berechnet und die Anforderungen an die Genauigkeit der Inspektionen aus der statischen Berechnung abgeleitet werden können. Der Vergleich der Anforderungen an eine zu messende Information mit der Qualität der gemessenen Information wird in diesem Aufsatz als Validierung eines Messverfahrens aufgefasst. Es wird gezeigt, wie zerstörungsfreie Prüfverfahren für die Nachrechnung validiert werden können. Die Methodik wird anhand einer mit der Ultraschallecho- und Impulsradarmethode untersuchten Spannbetonbrücke demonstriert."
