NIR fluorescence imaging system for (pre)clinical applications: design, construction, and validation
- We developed, built, and validated a new versatile fluorescence imaging system. The system is intended to reliably test new tracers and contrast agents at different stages of (pre)clinical research. The system, in its current version, is optimized for the detection of ICG emission. The modular design enables to adapt the scanner to emerging spectral windows with traceable and standardized measurements conditions.
