Microfluidic electrochemical immunosensor for cocaine monitoring
- Immunoassays based on the detection of the antibody-antigen interaction belong to the most important analytical techniques. Electrochemical methods in immunoassays are increasingly used as they offer some Advantages as being fast, simple, portable and cheap detection methods. Cocaine is a highly addictive stimulant that occurs naturally as an Alkaloid of the Coca plants. It is frequently detected on bank notes and in wastewater.
