TY - CONF A1 - Held, Felix T1 - Efficient model updating in structural analysis using PGD N2 - In this contribution a Proper Generalized Decomposition model is derived for linear elastic structures with Young's modulus as extra-coordinates. Next, the computed PGD solution is used in a Bayesian model updating algorithm resulting a probability distribution of the searched model parameter for given synthetic data. The future goal is to extend the method to be able to identify arbitrary material parameters, based on experimental data.
