    <title language="eng">Organisation Innovation in the Digital Layer: Exploring the Adoption of the Management System Standard ISO/IEC 27001</title>
Despite the increasing relevance of cybersecurity for companies’ performance, there is limited research on the adoption of ISO/IEC 27001, an international information security management standard. The aim of our study is to expand this limited body of literature. First, we analyse the influence of companies’ networks on the adoption of ISO/IEC 27001 as an organisational innovation based on firm website data and their hyperlinks, using the entire population of ISO/IEC 27001 certified firms identified via web mining. Second, we validate the method of constructing and analysing companies’ “digital layer” following the call for new methodological approaches to study the organisational adoption of innovations. Our findings reveal that companies' decision to adopt ISO/IEC 27001 increases significantly with their number of linkages to other companies and to those having the same certificate. Finally, their cognitive and organisational distances to linked partners have the expected inverted u-shaped influence on their own adoption decision.

    <title language="eng">Femtosecond laser pulses for photovoltaic bottom-up strategies</title>
A promising technology in photovoltaics is based on micro-concentrator solar cells, where the photovoltaic active area is realized as an array of sub-millimeter sized cells onto which the incident light is focused via microlenses. This approach allows to increase the cell efficiency and to realize much more compact modules compared to macroscopic concentrator devices. At the same time, expensive raw materials can be saved, which is of interest, for example, with respect to indium in the case of copper-indium-gallium-diselenide (CIGSe) thin film solar cells. Two methods to produce micro-sized precursors of CIGSe absorbers on molybdenum are presented using 30-fs laser pulses at 790 nm wavelength. On the one hand, a multi pulse surface structuring of the molybdenum film or the underlying glass substrate and a subsequent physical vapor deposition were used for a site-selective aggregation of indium droplets. On the other hand, a single pulse laser-induced forward transfer was utilized to selectively deposit combined copper-indium precursor pixels on the molybdenum back contact of the solar cell. Post-processing (selenization, isolation, contacting) of the laser-generated micro-sized precursors results in functional CIGSe solar cells.

    <title language="eng">Local growth of CuInSe2 micro solar cells for concentrator application</title>
A procedure to fabricate CuInSe2 (CISe) micro-absorbers and solar cells for concentrator applications is presented. The micro-absorbers are developed from indium precursor islands, which are deposited on a molybdenum coated glass substrate (back contact), followed by deposition of copper on top and subsequent selenization as well as selective etching of copper selenides. In order to compare the properties of the locally grown absorbers to those of conventional large area CISe films, we systematically examine the compositional and morphological homogeneity of the micro absorbers and carry out photoluminescence measurements. Preliminary devices for micro-concentrator solar cell applications are fabricated by optimizing the copper to indium ratio and the size of the indium precursor islands. The resulting micro solar cells provide a characteristic I–V curve under standard illumination conditions (1 sun).

    <title language="eng">Forest fire detection using hydrogen sensors</title>
Forest fires start mostly in partial combustion. In this paper we present a hydrogen sensor to defect early stages of forest fires. First indoor experiments in a smoke density chamber with wood samples, proved that the sensor produce a strong signal change when the smouldering of wood starts, already before the CO concentration, measured in FTIR spectrometry, exceeds 10 ppm. In outdoor experiments we were able to detect forest fire in a distance of 110 m.

    <title language="deu">Wasserstoffsensoren zur früheren Branddetektion - Systematische Untersuchungen zur Wasserstoffgenerierung bei Schwelbränden und Entwicklung eines Wasserstoffsensors zur Brandfrüherkennung einschließlich Vergleich mit anderen Branddetektionssystemen</title>
    <abstract language="deu">Wasserstoff als Brandprodukt entsteht in einer sehr frühen Brandphase, insbesondere bei Schwelbränden. Durch die Entwicklung eines geeigneten Wasserstoffsensors ist es nicht nur möglich, sehr frühzeitig  einen entstehenden Brand zu detektieren, sondern durch die Erkennung eines Entstehungsbrandes und frühzeitiger Löschmaßnahmen ergibt sich eine Vermeidung von Personen- und Sachschäden.&#13;
Die sich in der Entwicklung befindlichen Wasserstoffsensoren wurden von der TLTS GmbH zur Verfügung gestellt. Im Rahmen dieses Projektes wurden diese Sensoren in verschiedenen Testbränden, d.h. sowohl im Labormaßstab, in der Rauchkammer, als auch in Realbrandszenarien in einer 2-Raum-Containerwohnung mit verschiedenen wohnungstypischen Materialien und Gebrauchsgegenständen getestet, insbesondere in Kombination mit anderen analytischen Methoden und im Vergleich mit anderen Detektionssystemen.  Der Schwerpunkt lag in der Rauchgaskomponentendetektion in der frühen Brandphase, insbesondere der Wasserstoffgenerierung in Abhängigkeit des Brandszenarios. Es erfolgten umfangreiche Untersuchungen bezüglich der Korrelation von Brandmaterialien, thermischen Bedingungen, Strömungsverhältnissen und geometrischen Bedingungen zur Wasserstoffgenerierung, ihrem zeitlichen Verlauf und der Relation zu anderen entstehenden Gasen (z.B. Kohlenstoffmonoxid) und der Rauchentwicklung unter exakt definierten (reproduzierbaren) Brandentstehungsbedingungen. Dadurch wurde eine quantifizierbare Bewertung des Wasserstoffsensors gegenüber bestehenden Systemen erreicht. Aus den Untersuchungen sind ebenfalls Schlussfolgerungen zu den Vorteilen und Grenzen der Implementierung von Wasserstoffsensoren in Multisensor-Brandmelder ableitbar. &#13;

    <title language="eng">Laser cleaning of artificially soiled paper</title>
Laser cleaning for works of art on paper might be a supplemental, noncontact method to overcome some of the limitations of traditional dry cleaning techniques. Three different types of paper (pure-cellulose filter paper, rag paper, and wood-pulp paper) were mechanically soiled with pulverized charcoal in a standardized procedure to make model samples. These samples were characterized microscopically and by means of lightness measurements using a multi-spectral imaging system. A prototype laser workstation with Laser Class I conditions for the operator was used for the cleaning experiments. For 10-ns laser pulses at a wavelength of 532 nm, a set of laser parameters was established for a successful cleaning of the samples avoiding damage to the paper substrate. Single- and multi-pulse illumination conditions were tested. An extensive microscopic analysis after laser treatment of the cleaned parts of the samples provided insight into the remaining soiling on the surface and in the bulk of the paper material.

    <title language="eng">On the damage behavior of dielectric films when illuminated with multiple femtosecond laser pulses</title>
The physical effects reducing the damage threshold of dielectric films when exposed to multiple femtosecond pulses are investigated.
The measured temperature increase of a Ta2O5 film scales exponentially with the pulse fluence. A polarized luminescence signal is observed that
depends quadratically on the pulse fluence and is attributed to twophoton excitation of self-trapped excitons that form after band-to-band
excitation. The damage fluence decreases with increasing pulse number, but is independent of the repetition rate from 1 Hz to 1 kHz at a constant
pulse number. The repetition rate dependence of the breakdown threshold is also measured for TiO2 , HfO2,
 Al2O3, and SiO2 films. A theoretical model is presented that explains these findings.
