The project targets improving DIN EN ISO 15630-3 according to the reproducibility and scattering of constant load tests to assess the susceptibility of prestressing steels to stress corrosion cracking. Essential questions which we answered in the talk was: Are test practical on surfaces in delivery condition? What are the hydrogen activities of test solutions A and B during free corrosion and cathodic polarization? Can the test be improved by a modification of the test cell dimensions?
