Using Hyperelastic Material in Device for Manufacturing Metal Templates Used for Creating Composites
- In the presented works possibilities of production and usage the structured sheet parts are described. With regards to some new specific applications a new manufacturing method has been proposed. After performed experiments and numerical simulations of the spur gear and hyperelastic part interaction the concept, modified by the reinforcing rings has been proposed.Any of the tested rubber or elastomer materials haven't such elastic properties that there could be possible to create and replicate the same profile in more rows next to each.Always, there were uneven warping, differences in the shape or even big dropouts of the profiled structure. The new one side structure that could have equally or alternatively patterned texture has been found. This structure sheet made from aluminum was subsequently replicated from glass and carbon laminate. The resulting composite structure has the quality of shape contour beyond expectations. However, an often tiny local problem were the imperfectly saturated fibers and cracking of the matrix surface inIn the presented works possibilities of production and usage the structured sheet parts are described. With regards to some new specific applications a new manufacturing method has been proposed.
