Microstructural Evolution by hot-working of extrudet and continuously casted Mg-wrought-alloys AZ31 and AZ80
- Forming properties and microstructural evolution during warm forming of extruded and continuously casted Mg-alloys AZ31 und AZ80 were investigated. Mechanical properties, softening behaviour, flow stress curves considering different forming temperatures and strain rates as well as suitable process boundaries are described.
