Design of an energy-autonomous sensor with wireless data data transmission for use on rollers
- Mechanically moving parts such as rollers in belt conveyor systems are subject to wear and tear that limits their service life. Damage causes loss of production as well as damage to the entire production plant. A system design is presented with which it is possible to record and wirelessly transmit relevant measured values in or on rollers without an additional voltage source. The system should work largely maintenance-free and be realisable with components currently freely available on the market.
