If insects are detected they are compared with morphological data in store to decide if the detected individual is a target pest. In case a target pest is determined with high probability, a laser beam is directed to the target to eliminate the insect by heat. The concept is to develop a system that is able to learn and identify more and more different species over time. First aims of the project are to improve reliability of species detection and identification in contrast to the grain with different light spectra and camera parameters. Reaction tests under different light conditions of the two exemplary insects grain weevil Sitophilus granarius (Col., Curculionidae) and Indianmeal moth Plodia interpunctella (Lepid., Pyralidae) will be carried out. Further the project will investigate laser beam wavelengths and intensities not damaging surfaces and items beneath or next to targets. This paper presents a software platform that enables decoupled automated image processing through the abstraction and contextualization of the sensor technology and its data as well as a plugin architecture. Analogous to edge computing, partial processing can already be performed close to the sensor node to condensate data and reduce network loads and latencies. Thereby, all these approaches increase the longevity, flexibility and scalability of multi-sensor systems and associated processing algorithms. Zun{\"a}chst wird ein {\"U}berblick {\"u}ber die Terminologie und Definitionen bez{\"u}glich der Sprechgeschwindigkeit gegeben. Ausgehend vom allgemeinen Kommunikationsbegriff werden neben der Sprachkommunikation insbesondere die temporalen Limitierungen der Sprachproduktion und Sprachperzeption er{\"o}rtert. Die Grenzen der Wahrnehmbarkeit beschleunigter akustischer Sprache h{\"a}ngen unter anderem auch von der Sehf{\"a}higkeit des H{\"o}rers ab. Aus diesem Grund werden insbesondere bereits ver{\"o}ffentlichte und eigene Versuchsergebnisse mit sehbehinderten, blinden und sehenden Menschen pr{\"a}sentiert. Der Kernpunkt dieser Arbeit ist die instrumentelle Skalierung von Sprache. Neben dem historischen R{\"u}ckblick werden aktuelle Skalierungsmethoden und -algorithmen betrachtet und eine m{\"o}gliche Strategie zur Verbesserung der Verstehbarkeit und Verst{\"a}ndlichkeit entwickelt. Hierbei wird Analyse, Segmentierung und Dezimierung des Sprachsignales zur Erhaltung der Echtzeitf{\"a}higkeit ausschließlich in der zeitlichen Dom{\"a}ne durchgef{\"u}hrt. Die neue Sprachskalierungsstrategie beinhaltet außerdem die Erhaltung aller Laut{\"u}berg{\"a}nge und f{\"u}hrt zur ausschließlichen Reduktion der Phon-nukleus. Die relative Menge der eliminierten Signalanteile h{\"a}ngt von der Detektion einer stimmhaften, stimmlosen oder fehlenden Anregung ab. Mit den auditiven Experimenten werden zun{\"a}chst die Wahrnehmungsf{\"a}higkeiten von sehenden, sehbehinderten und blinden Probanden bez{\"u}glich Verstehbarkeit und Verst{\"a}ndlichkeit mit einem bereits bekannten linearen Skalierungsverfahren untersucht.
