Collaborative design is a current issue in aviation industry where intellectual property rights of individual companies prohibit a common evaluation model. State of the art approaches based on nested local optimisation loops are not sufficient if time-consuming component analyses are involved. A new approach for collaborative design is developed where the overall optimisation of a complex system is split into subsystem optimisation problems. Coupling parameters are treated as local design variables and only optimal coupling parameters are exchanged regularly. Application to a test example shows a huge time reduction and improved probability for finding the global optimum. Damit k{\"o}nnen Wirkungsgrade und spezifische Parameter einzelner Triebwerkskomponenten sowie deren geometrische Eckpunkte zur Darstellung erster Triebwerksquerschnitte genauer vorausgesagt werden. Daf{\"u}r werden die Vorteile von Programmiersprachen wie Java gegen{\"u}ber von Excel erl{\"a}utert und ein Ansatz f{\"u}r die {\"U}berf{\"u}hrung von Excel-Tabellen in Java-Programme vorgestellt. Die Automatisierung erm{\"o}glicht die Unterst{\"u}tzung der Auslegung durch numerische Mehrkriterienoptimierungsverfahren. Deren industrielle Anwendbarkeit wird anhand von Beispielen demonstriert, bei denen gleichzeitig die Triebwerksmasse und der spezifische Treibstoffverbrauch minimiert werden. Zudem kann eine rein auf Determinismus basierende Auslegung des automatisierten Applikationsprozesses den Anforderungen aus der Praxis nur begrenzt gen{\"u}gen, da die Eigenschaften technischer Systeme in der Realit{\"a}t streuen, aber h{\"a}ufig nur das ideale Verhalten betrachtet wird. Daher ist ein wesentlicher Aspekt dieser Arbeit, Strategien und Prozesse f{\"u}r die robuste automatisierte Getriebeapplikation zu entwickeln. Es wird gezeigt, wie sich die Bewertung der Schaltqualit{\"a}t vom Fahrversuch in die Simulation verlagern l{\"a}sst und eine geeignete Parametrisierung der Schaltablaufparameter eine deutliche Reduktion der Entwurfsvariablen erlaubt, was im Gegenzug zu einer guten L{\"o}sungsqualit{\"a}t f{\"u}hrt. Zudem liefert eine {\"U}berf{\"u}hrung der deterministischen Problemformulierung zur probabilistischen Darstellung robustere L{\"o}sungen. Dabei tr{\"a}gt die Verwendung von Ersatzmodellen zur erheblichen Rechenzeitreduktion bei und demonstriert die Machbarkeit auch im Bereich einer industriellen Anwendung. Dabei ist vorgesehen, dass zwei benachbarte Leitschaufeln jeweils zwischen der Saugseite der einen Leitschaufel und der Druckseite der anderen Leitschaufel ausgehend von der Schaufelhinterkante eine Passage ausbilden, welche einen konstanten Passagenabschnitt umfasst, in dem die Passage einen im Wesentlichen konstanten Passagenquerschnitt aufweist. Der konstante Passagenabschnitt weist einen Eintrittsbereich und einen Austrittsbereich auf. Jede Leitschaufel bildet druckseitig einen hinteren Bereich aus, der sich ausgehend von der Schaufelhinterkante angrenzend an den konstanten Passagenabschnitt bis zum Eintrittsbereich des Passagenabschnitts erstreckt, und bildet druckseitig einen vorderen Bereich aus, der sich stromaufw{\"a}rts des hinteren Bereichs erstreckt.
