Till now, there are hardly any scientific approaches for recording performance-determining factors to be foung. For develop training-, but also prevention- and rehabilitation strategies, an analysis of the performance determining factors is required. The aim of the present study is to gain initial insights into condition and coordination. At this point we focus on female fire fighters in the discipline "100m obstacle course". Due to the lack of basic research, the research approaches were logically validated. By using the Purdue Pegboard Test, a 23m sprint and a backward balancing test, insights about the influence of the ability to differentiate, the dynamic ability to balance and the basic speed on the best performance in competition (PiC) are to be investigated. The PiC of the test persons of the discipline "100m obstacle course" is 20.58s ± 1.39s in average. The fastest time is 18,68s and the slowest time 23,87s. This results in a span (d) of 5.19s. When testing the motor differentiation ability, the test persons require an average of 8.70s ± 1.00s. The fastest test result is 7.29s and the slowest is 10.50s. This results in a range of 3.21s for the test results. When testing the dynamic balance ability, the test persons required an average of 11.30s ± 1.50s. The minimum of the values and thus the fastest time is 9.50s. The maximum is 14.28s. The span is 4.78s. The test persons needed an average of 4.47s ± 0.26s for running the "23m Sprint". The fastest time was 4.23s and the slowest time 5.30s. The range (d) between the fastest and slowest time is 1.07s. All test results are in a monotonous connection with the PiC of the test persons. The basic speed has the highest correlation (r=0.81). The dynamic equilibrium ability correlates with r=0.63 with PiC. There is hardly any correlation to the motor differentiation ability (r=0.18). There are currently about 224,000 people affected in Germany. The disease is an inflammatory autoimmune disease with a broad spectrum of symptoms. The most common symptoms are fatigue and walking disabilities. Approximately 75\% of patients suffer from difficulties in movement and balance, which lead to postural stability, walking ability and an increased risk of falling. 80 - 97\% of those affected also suffer from fatigue symptoms. Both gait disorders and fatigue have the greatest negative effects on the quality of life and activities of daily life. The review shows, how treadmill training of different types affects the gait parameters stride length and walking speed; gait capacity and fatigue in patients with multiple sclerosis of all types and disability rates compared to no intervention, other treadmill training or conventional physiotherapy and how it should be dosed. Nine studies with a total of 294 participants will be evaluated in this systematic review. The study results are categorized according to their type of training. Compared to no intervention, conventional treadmill training shows significant improvements in walking speed and partial in fatigue and gait capacity. Furthermore, it indicates that treadmill training with negative slope achieves significantly better results in gait capacity and fatigue. The comparison of treadmill training with Virtual Reality shows no advantage over conventional treadmill training and a robot-supported treadmill training does not show any superiority over conventional gait training. Treadmill training is an adequate alternative to conventional gait training in physiotherapy. The study situation is very rare and is not sufficient to completely determine the effects of treadmill training in multiple sclerosis. Further high-quality studies will be needed to investigate the effects of treadmill training on a larger sample size compared to conventional gait training or other treadmill training in patients with impaired walking ability and to examine the effects of training on a more homogeneous group of participants. This kind of injury is mainly based on intrinsic factors such as structural overload which accounts for 17\% of all moderate and severe competition injuries. Following knee and ankle joint, hamstrings are the third most common structure to suffer from injuries. As previous reviews show, eccentric training, such as the Nordic Hamstring Exercise (NHE), can reduce hamstring injuries. However, in those reviews other sports in addition to soccer were also examined in one sample. Purpose: The aim of this review is to synthesize the best available evidence on the effectiveness of the NHE as an intervention in the prevention of hamstring injuries in soccer players. Methods: The search for the studies was done in the PubMed, PEDro, Cochrane Library and EB-SCO databases. There was no language or time restrictions. Titles, abstracts and full texts of the respective studies were verified by two independent reviewers and selected using the inclusion criteria. In addition, critical evaluation tools were used to assess the methodological qualities of the respective studies followed by data extraction in JBI SUMARI. Meta-analysis was performed. Results: Four studies were included in this systematic review. Three studies compared NHE as an intervention with conventional football training and one study conducted hamstring curls as a control intervention. The duration of the studies ranged from 2.5 to 6.75 months, with a total of 28312 NHE sessions and 25918 training sessions in the control groups. The intervention groups showed a total of 30 hamstring injuries and the control groups developed a total of 80 injuries. A sample of 1780 soccer players were examined, 909 in the intervention groups and 871 in the control groups. The overall mean odds' ratio was significantly below one (95\% CI, P= 0.335). The probability of suffering a hamstring injury was between 0.22 and 0.53 times lower in the intervention group than in the control group. The test for heterogeneity showed no significance (I² = 9). Conclusion(s): The NHE can help to reduce hamstring injuries in football players. However, due to the small number of studies included, the result should be interpreted with caution and more clinical studies should be conducted in the future. Implications: Looking at the total number of days lost per player in a season, professional football has a total of approximately 25,900 days lost, which is three times more than in other sports. Every injury is associated with lost time and additional costs. This review aimed to examine a cost-efficient exercise for its preventive effect. In conclusion it can be stated that a lack of quality and low number of available studies, the efficacy of cryotherapy do not assign and the application after hip and knee arthroplasty is even contradictory. Striking are the various types of information with regard to the duration of application, shape and intensity. Because of the missing evidence for sensibility of application intensity this study aimed to determine influential parameters with moderate cold (11°C) for improving the intensity control. 15 healthy subjects aged 23.2±1.26 were tested. The parameters BMI, fat mass and muscle mass were recorded. All subjects received a cold application by the invented and developed IceCube at the right knee joint for 15 minutes. The temperature was measured for six times with an infrared thermometer at five standardized points of the knee joint. During application and till the last measurement subjects were immobilized. The applied cold application resulted in a significant decrease of temperature in all measuring points concerning the pre-post-comparison. 20 minutes after removing the cuff significant temperature increases in 3 measurement points, still keeping below starting level, were remarked. Furthermore it is evident that the temperature differences of the muscular measuring points are significantly higher than those of the not muscular measuring points. Besides a higher fat portion leads due to the isolation effect in relation to musculature to significantly fewer variations in temperature.
