Dieses basiert auf einer kompakten vielstofff{\"a}higen Mikrogasturbinen (MGT)- Technologie, welche {\"u}ber einen internen W{\"a}rmetausch einen hohen Wirkungsgrad erm{\"o}glicht und durch eine weitere Prozesshybridisierung (durch eine eingebettete SOFC) den „Energiewandler der Zukunft" darstellt. Es wird die luftgelagerte MGT-Generator-Basistechnologie beschrieben, der darauf aufgebaute MGT-SOFCHybrid-Prozess simuliert, eine kompakte Abwandlung mit integriertem Generator dargestellt und der Familiengedanke aufgegriffen. Die Konzepte basieren auf einer Luftlagertechnologie in Verbindung mit einem direkt von der Turbomaschine angetriebenen Generator und einem Rekuperator, welcher die Abgasw{\"a}rme wieder in den Prozess zur{\"u}ckf{\"u}hrt. Sie liefern die notwendige Grundlage f{\"u}r einen hoch effektiven, reinen Mikrogasturbinenprozess (MGT-Prozess) und den „MGT-SOFC-Hochwirkungsgrad-Prozess". Neben der luftgelagerten Mikrogasturbinen-Generatorbauart, stellt insbesondere die SOFC eine wichtige Schl{\"u}sseltechnologie dar. Der Begriff SOFC steht f{\"u}r „Solid Oxide Fuel Cell" (Festoxid-Brennstoffzelle). Dieser Brennstoffzellentyp arbeitet bei einer sehr hohen Temperatur (700 °C bis 1000 °C) und erlangt einen sehr hohen Wirkungsgrad, wenn man die Verlustw{\"a}rme und den nicht konvertierten Brennstoff durch eine geschickte Integration mit dem MGT-Prozess weiter verwertet. Based on the multi development project for small power plants, the 1D simulation of the overall system with MATLAB has been performed to utilize as an analysis tool for optimizing the thermodynamic cycle of the system. At the beginning the code has been validated with the commercial program for power plant simulation, called EBSILON Professional. The result shows that they are compatible in the same direction. The next part illustrates the comparing result of the efficiency on the whole system, when turbine inlet temperature has changed. The results show that higher turbine inlet temperature provides also higher global efficiency. However, the minimum efficiencies, which are obtained on each specific turbine inlet temperature, are not corresponded at the same pressure ratio. In the latter section, the effect of fuel types is also considered on the output efficiency. The results show that to maintain the output efficiency on each fixed turbine inlet temperature the fuel mass flow rate has to be increased in reciprocal to their lower heating values. This module is composed of a high-temperature heat exchanger (HEX), an afterburner (A) and a steam reformer (R). The conventional ignitor system cannot guarantee optimal ignition performance in the usual radial position. The difficult ignitability of gaseous fuels was the main challenge for the ignitor system improvement. One way to improve the ignition performance significantly is a torch ignitor system in which the gaseous fuel is directly mixed with a large amount of the combustor air. To reach this goal, the ignition process was investigated in detail. The micro gas turbine (MGT) ignition was optimised considering three main procedures: torch ignitor operation, burner ignition and flame propagation between the neighbour injectors. Embedded in a micro gas turbine-cycle instead of the combustion chamber the heat energy of the injected fuel, released in the SOFC-Stack, can additionally converted into work and by a turbine-generator into electricity. In a compact system, SOFC stacks are designed to realize a direct steam-reforming process inside. In such direct-reforming fuel cell systems the SOFC operating temperature due to the heat demand for reforming, can be reduced to a value in the range of the outlet temperature of the downstream flow (650°C). If the cycle uses a recuperating system, the operating conditions of the SOFC can be realized without additional high-temperature heat exchanger systems. The system with an uncooled turbine, described in [1], just can reach the operating temperature with an additional high-temperature heat exchange. The system described in this publication does not require an additional high-temperature heat exchanger, because the X-value, as the ratio between the exchanged heat quantity and the required amount of heat to complete the MGT-cycle [2] due to the referring process, is nearly zero and can be realized via the inner container wall (of the MLC). With an integrated and improved cycle management, more than 70\% of the energy content of the fuel could be converted. Therefore, the systems are highly suitable for the Power-To-Gas conversion. In particular, a pressure charging of the SOFC fuel cell leads to an increase in stack performance. By a downstream turbo set, after residual fuels are intentionally oxidized with an afterburner, additional electrical energy can be gained from the expansion of the hot exhaust gas stream and the overall efficiency can be increased. In order to increase the electrical efficiency of the system, it is proposed, to ensure the required compression of the process air in particular by a-two-staged turbo compressor with an intermediate cooling system. By thus achievable reduction of the dissipation of the compressor and by targeted condensation of finest drops in front of the second compressor stage affected by intermediate cooling, an increase in efficiency of the system is possible. This is achieved by targeted cooling of the process air behind a low pressure compression, so that it is saturated over 100\% relative air humidity. As a result, a slightly supersaturated airflow is available for the second compressor stage, which enters the compressor after heat removal via an intermediate cooling having a small number of microdroplets. Therefore, the condensed water evaporates again by the heat of compression in the second stage and the compressed flow ultimately enters the recuperation at a lower temperature than during normal compression. Thus, more heat can be recovered within the recuperation system. Therefore, the electrical energy of the system can be produced having higher efficiency, because the heat dissipation of the overall system decreases. In this article it is presented, how such a process is thermodynamically modelled and how a technical realization can be built after optimization by simulations. Weiterhin spielt die Erforschung umweltvertr{\"a}glicher Antriebstechnologien f{\"u}r die Luftfahrt der Zukunft eine wichtige Rolle. Neben den rein elektrischen Antrieben stehen insbesondere fortschrittliche hybride Antriebssysteme im Vordergrund. Systeml{\"o}sungen werden kurz- bis mittelfristig f{\"u}r die unbemannten Flugzeuge und die allgemeine Luftfahrt ben{\"o}tigt. Es werden effiziente Flugantriebssysteme ben{\"o}tigt, die gegen{\"u}ber aktuellen Antriebssystemen deutlich weniger Schadstoffe emittieren und Brennstoff-ressourcen schonen. Dabei bietet der Elektroantrieb ein großes Potenzial. Aufgrund des derzeitig ung{\"u}nsti-gen Verh{\"a}ltnisses zwischen Gewicht und Energieinhalt bei Traktionsbatterien ist jedoch die rein elektrische Flugweise nur f{\"u}r einen sehr kleinen Anwendungsbereich interessant. Deshalb m{\"u}ssen Elektroluftfahrzeuge mit zus{\"a}tzlichen Energiewandlern und Speichern ausgestattet werden, um akzeptable Reichweiten und An-triebsleistungen bei moderaten Kosten zu gew{\"a}hrleisten. Als zukunftsf{\"a}higes Antriebskonzept wird u.a. das hybride elektrische Antriebssystem mit Kleinenergieerzeugern zur Reichweitenverl{\"a}ngerung angesehen. F{\"u}r den Einsatz als Range-Extender stehen unterschiedliche Konzepte zur Verf{\"u}gung, die eine Umwandlung von chemischer in elektrische Energie erm{\"o}glichen. Die Spezifikation eines Range-Extenders h{\"a}ngt dabei sehr stark von den Anforderungen an zuk{\"u}nftige Antriebskonzepte ab. Das bedeutet, dass Einbauraum, Gewicht, Kosten und Vielstofftauglichkeit eine neu zu definierende Gewichtung im Auswahlprozess des Energiewand-lers erhalten. Schwerpunkt des Beitrages ist die Entwicklung und Applikation eines alternativen Energieum-wandlungskonzeptes f{\"u}r E-Luftfahrzeuge traditioneller Bauweise (z.B. zur Verl{\"a}ngerung der Reichweite bei E-Kleinflugzeugen) und f{\"u}r innovative Luftfahrzeuge (als systemintegraler Bestandteil). Bei diesem Konzept handelt es sich um eine Mikrogasturbinen-Generator-Einheit, welche durch einen Rekuperator (W{\"a}rmetau-scher zur Abgasw{\"a}rmenutzung) einen hohen Wirkungsgrad erm{\"o}glicht und durch eine weitere Prozesshybri-disierung (z.B. mit eingebetteter SOFC) auch f{\"u}r nicht luftfahrttechnische Bereiche interessant ist. Es werden die Mikrogasturbinen-Generator (MTG)-Basistechnologie beschrieben und die Leistung, der Wirkungsgrad und die Vielstofff{\"a}higkeit diskutiert. Außerdem wird eine kompakte Abwandlung mit integriertem Generator (sogenannte MTiG) dargestellt. Weiterhin wird die Bedeutung der Mikrogasturbinenbauart f{\"u}r ein zuk{\"u}nftiges MTG/MTiG-SOFC-Hochwirkungsgradsystem erkl{\"a}rt und die hohe luftfahrttechnische Tauglichkeit der kom-pakten, rekuperierten MTiG-Mikrogasturbinentechnologie f{\"u}r die seriellen hybriden Flugtriebwerkssysteme aufgezeigt.}, language = {de} }
