However, in design practice, architects involved in designing children educational environment need to have better understanding on how to enhance this tendency for biophilia. This paper begins to explore this growing body of research and emerging biophilic design dimensions, and attributes in architectural terms, which could help in drawing connections between fields of study, highlight potential avenues for future research, evolve understanding of biophilic design patterns, and capture the cognitive benefits afforded by biophilia in designing educational spaces for childhood. A research methodology consisting of a literature review, analysis of worldwide case studies and a one-to-one interview was conducted with a sample of children (3-7 years old) attending a nature-based nursery in Egypt, was designed to accomplish intended objectives. Findings of this study indicated that early childhood have a positive attraction for all-natural environment and features. Results showed that children enjoy being in, which provides a glimpse into the potentials of integrating nature within architectural context, including offering beauty, freedom, efficient learning, relaxation, and a critical life support system.}, language = {en} } @article{Marsinetal, author = {Marsin, M. and et al.,}, title = {The Meaning of Love in Balada Cinta Majnun Novel by Geidurrahman El-Mishry (Psychology of Literature) [application of Fromm's theories to art]}, series = {Proceedings of the 1st Seminar and Workshop on Research Design, for Education, Social Science, Arts, and Humanities, April 27 2019, Surakarta, Central Java, Indonesia, 7 pp. [doi.org/10.4108/eai.27-4-2019.2286869]}, journal = {Proceedings of the 1st Seminar and Workshop on Research Design, for Education, Social Science, Arts, and Humanities, April 27 2019, Surakarta, Central Java, Indonesia, 7 pp. [doi.org/10.4108/eai.27-4-2019.2286869]}, abstract = {This study reports the results of the content analysis on Balada Cinta Majenun Novel by Geidurrahman El-Mishry about the love of the main character using the psychology of literature approach. The purpose of this study was to reveal the meaning of the main character's love based on Erich Fromm's love theory. The data used was the text in the novel. Reading and taking note were used to collect data. The data was classified based on the object of erotic love and divine love. Then, they were analyzed using the psychology of literature and interpreted using contextual meaning. The result showed that there was a love shift from erotic love to God love. It was influenced by the rejection of love and the concept of love that the main character owned as a result of following tharikat that later shaped his way of life into religion-oriented. His religious path, from love to the creatures that led to the path of God, gave rise to the desire to be united with God.}, language = {en} } @article{Mansyuruddinetal, author = {Mansyuruddin, Mohammad and et al.,}, title = {Sudut Pandang Filsafat Ilmu Terhadap Kasih Sayang Anak [A Philosophy of Science Viewpoint on Children's Affection]}, series = {Jurnal Filsafat, Sains, Teknologi, dan Sosial Budaya, Vol. 28, No. 4 (2022) pp. 123-131. This is because many studies in the modern era have shown a decrease in affection for children. Bullying and violence against children are on the rise because of the actions of adults or parents. While this is troubling and worrying, it will also be a psychological burden for children now and in the future. As a result, concerns about how truly loved children feel, think, and act are on the rise in this paper. The philosophy of science approach is used to conduct research, which includes ontological, epistemological, and axiological investigations. What and why the love crisis in children is examined in ontological studies. Epistemological studies then discuss love in a philosophical perspective, reasons why children are neglected, and self- education to love children. Meanwhile, axiological investigation focuses on the benefits of training oneself to love children. This research study uses qualitative methods. Research findings show that compassion is an innate human trait that should be upheld by everyone. Unconditional love for anyone, especially children, is love that must >grow and develop<. By teaching yourself to truly love and compassion for children and not prioritize violence and disturbing children, compassion must be built through self-culture.}, language = {mul} } @article{Luetal, author = {Lu, Liqing and et al.,}, title = {Psychoanalytic Interpretation of the Origin of Religious Ideas from the Ontogenetic Perspective [精神分析视域下个体宗教观念形成的心理根源]}, series = {Studies in World Religions [世界宗教研究], No. 6 (2023), pp. 23-31.}, journal = {Studies in World Religions [世界宗教研究], No. 6 (2023), pp. 23-31.}, abstract = {诸多精神分析学家从个体发生的视角对宗教观念形成的心理根源做了解释。弗洛伊德将宗教视为神经症,而上帝则是理想化的父亲;荣格把集体潜意识置于上帝的位置,认为宗教是集体潜意识的自然生命;客体关系学派认为良好的母婴关系是宗教体验的源头,亲子关系直接影响个体心目中的上帝形象;弗洛姆将宗教视为人性的基本需求,根植于生而为人无法摆脱的生存处境;乔治.弗兰克尔强调宗教观念是心理世界外部化的产物。精神分析学派的上述观点在宗教学领域产生了重要影响,但因过分强调潜意识的作用,颠倒了社会存在和社会意识的关系,科学研究反而为神在现代社会的存在提供了>栖身之所<}, language = {zh} } @article{Atmasarietal, author = {Atmasari, Luthfi and et al.,}, title = {Konsep cinta wanita perkerja seks (WPS) [The concept of love among female sex workers (FSW)]}, series = {Happiness - Journal of Psychology and Islamic Studies, Vol. 4, No. 1 (2020), pp. 78-103. Phenomena that occur in the prostitutions include: in the prostitution there are FSWs who have love relationship; some people believe that the way to get rid of FSWs from prostitution is to marry them, there are many FSW who play a dual role, as FSW and also as mothers; and the arguments of some people or the community that FSW work without love or FSW works by peddling love. This research was conducted to determine the concept of FSW's love and the factors that cause FSW to choose the type of love. This type of research is a phenomenological qualitative research. The methods of collecting data are observation, interviews, and documentation. Test its validity with triangulation techniques. The number of subjects was six FSWs divided into three criteria (1) FSWs with families (2) FSWs with girlfriends (3) FSWs with families and girlfriends. Social character is considered not as a typical (modal) individual character in society. As a systemic formation of social interactions, social character has non-additive (emergent) properties. Both individuals and various social communities are subjects of social character. At the individual level, social character is manifested as typical behavior traits in the process of communicating with different social groups. At the level of interpersonal, intergroup and mass communication, social character is a typical form of social interaction. Social character is the result of the mutual influence of subjects on individual behavior in the form of persuasion, suggestion, imitation and infection. The article analyzes the methods of measuring social character. It presents a test developed by one of the authors (R. B Shaikhislamov) to measure the degree of inner-, tradition- and other- directedness (according to D. Riesman' stypology). The results of the measurement of social character in the course of interviewing residents of the Republic of Bashkortostan in 2015-2016 are presented. The authors come to the conclusion about the need for a comprehensive study of social character. The following problems are of great scientific interest. What are the emergent properties of social character in stable and unstable social situations? What are the trends of changes in the social character of Russians in the post-Soviet era? How significant are the differences in the social character of different generations, ethnic groups, residents of megacities, other cities and villages? We note that it is necessary to develop a system of indicators to measure social character. In addition to such indicators as inner-, tradition- and other-directedness, it is necessary to measure social character by such variables as >dominance - subordination<, >productivity - non- Productivity<, >responsibility - irresponsibility<, >cooperation - isolation<, >trust - distrust<, >Conformity - Innovation - Ritualism - Retreatism - Rebellion<.}, language = {en} } @book{Ebleetal, author = {Eble, Lukas and et al.,}, title = {Gegenimpulse (Reihe: Kritische P{\"a}dagogik - Eingriffe und Perspektiven, Nr. 8), Hohengehren (Schneider) 2021, 172 pp. [ISBN 978-3-8340-2182-3]}, abstract = {Gegenimpulse - jenseits der physikalischen Bedeutung kann der Begriff synonym f{\"u}r Anregung, Ansporn, Anreiz, Motivierung verwendet werden. Specifically, we observe how outdoor adventures during travels might contribute to the development of biophilic feelings. To this end, we employed a hermeneutic phenomenological approach to analyse the narratives from nine participants in the UK, Germany, and Serbia. The findings suggest that adventure activities in the outdoors foster the development of meaningful relationships with the self, other humans and non-human nature, all contributing to the enhancement of eudaimonic wellbeing. CEG is a philosophical strand in older adult education aiming at the social emancipation of older learners. CEG links radical emancipation to the outcome of raising older learners' presumed na{\"i}ve consciousness with the help of an enlightened teacher. In this essay, we argue that the logic of radical social emancipation features theoretical contradictions at its roots, which translate into empirical ambiguities when employed to raise older learners' consciousness. We address two problems: (1) older learners' na{\"i}ve consciousness and (2) its subsequent dependence on teachers' critical consciousness. To solve these problems, we propose Jacques Ranci{\`e}re's logic of educational emancipation, focusing on the individual's capacity to learn by presuming intellectual equality as a pre- condition for learning rather than an outcome as with CEG. By treating this perspective in older adult education, we hope to emancipate CEG itself by refocusing its scope primarily on the educational realm.}, language = {en} }
