Physical and mental development during this period of change will have a significant impact on the future development of the individuals, so this study chooses middle school students as the object of the study. Fromm's needs theory and Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory is that humans generally have needs vest. For middle school students, their need to belong is reflected in the sense of belonging to the school. Students of different personality characteristics treat the problem in different ways. The teacher is the guide of the student in the school study and in the life, there is no doubt that teacher attachment status will affect the development of self-identity and attitude of middle school students. The role of the students affiliated compliance of teacher will migrate to the school attachment. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between personality traits, teacher attachment and sense of school belonging of middle school students. Method: Using EPQ, teacher attachment scale and school belonging scale (Xu Kunming), this study surveys 685 students, who come from ten classes, four grade of a Xi'an key middle school. There are some conclusions through some the statistics ways such as variance analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, regression analysis, mediating effect. Results: (1) Middle school students psychoticism and neuroticism had significant differences between different gender and different segment, psychoticism scores of boys than girls, girls neuroticism scores higher than boys; the level of psychoticism of junior school students is higher than senior high school students, the level of neuroticism of high school students is higher than that of junior middle school students. Students' neuroticism levels from divorced family are higher than normal families. Studying time has significant difference on the personality traits of middle school students. (2) The attachment between the teachers and students of junior high school students is higher than senior high school students. The dimension of help and acceptance of the students in the normal family are higher than students from divorced families. Studying time has a different effect on the attachment between the middle school students and teachers. With the studying time longer, level of attachment between the teachers and students of middle school is decreasing. (3) There were significantly different on all dimensions of school belonging of the students in the different gender and different segment. Studying time has significant difference on the school belonging of middle school students, mainly in the school environment, teachers' behaviors and school belonging total scores. (4) There is extremely significant negative correlation between level of neuroticism and school belonging, namely the neuroticism level is higher, the lower the level of school belonging. It exists significant negative correlation between teacher attachment score and neuroticism dimension, between psychoticism and teacher attachment score. There is positively related to teacher attachment and sense of school belonging. Conclusion: Personality traits play an important influence on the sense of school belonging by two ways: firstly, neuroticism directly affects middle school students' sense of school belonging; secondly, attachments between teacher and student are the intermediary variable between personality traits and sense of school belonging. Authoritarian group narcissists are exclusively and unscrupulously concerned with their own (and group-related) uniqueness, their power, and their money and therefore shamelessly discriminate against weak and inferior groups.
